Outside of her spiritual work, Tara brings that same intuitive leadership to the volleyball court and the medical field. As a coach and a phlebotomist, she emphasizes teamwork, mindset, and resilience, believing that the lessons learned in sport and medical field mirror those in life — perseverance, connection, and the courage to believe in yourself even when things get tough.
At her core, Tara is passionate about helping people see their own power. Through love, confidence, and spiritual awareness, she guides others to realign with who they truly are and to live life with clarity, intention, and joy.
